CLASS TIMES
Please refer to the schedule for specific dates.  Workshops, unless noted otherwise, are from Monday through Friday and run from 9 am or 10 am till 4 pm or 5 pm.  For classes times may vary. Classes start promptly on time.
Coffee, tea and snacks will be served morning and afternoon.

LOCATION
FCFAS is in a peaceful, rural setting on 5 acres in Fall City, Washington, 30 minutes from Seattle.

REGISTRATION AND FEES
Registration for any workshop or class is completed upon receipt of the deposit ($100 for a workshop, $50 for a class). Your reservation will be  confirmed when the tuition balance is received (no later than 60 days before the start of a workshop; 30 days in the case of a class).   Timely payment of the balance is the responsibility if the student.

Please note that for figure drawing classes there may be an additional model fee, payable on the first day of the class.  Fees vary by model.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments through PayPal © but prefer check payments.  If fees are paid by check, please make out and send to:

CANCELLATIONS

  • If cancelled by FCFAS: 100% refund of all fees paid,  including deposit.
  • If cancelled 60  or more days before the  starting  date of the workshop the  deposit is forfeited but FCFAS will refund the remaining tuition
  • If cancelled 60 days or less before start date: no refund.

 

 We strongly urge all students to consider the cancellation policy when making travel arrangements.

LODGING
Ample lodging alternatives are available within 15 to 30 minute of the school.  Upon request we will be glad to offer suggestions and recommendations. Please check our Lodging page.

FOOD
Coffee, tea, water and snacks are available at no extra charge.  We will be happy to arrange for delivery of lunch ordered from a local caterer.

PARKING
Ample parking is available on the school grounds. Please Park behind the FCFAS Barn, on the Westside.
